LandlordInvest facilitates investments in UK property loans. As an investor, you can invest in asset-backed buy-to-let mortgages, receiving rates ranging 5% to 12% per annum. The LandlordInvest platform was founded in 2014, but because of the long FCA authorisation process the platform decided to undertake, it is only now that the P2P lender has started lending. The primary reason for this, was so the platform could advertise their property-backed Innovative Finance ISA product.
All loans accepted onto the platform are secured by bricks and mortars. 1st or 2nd legal charges are taken over the property underwriting the loan, with a maximum Loan-To-Value of 75%.
